Josh Waldrop learned the importance of time management and discipline at a very young age. After his family realized that he had a passion and talent for swimming, he joined his first swim team at 6 years of age. He then swam for Bolles as well as Episcopal while in middle school and high school before attending the University of Kentucky on a full scholarship. Throughout college, Waldrop worked for a property management company handling leases, apartment inspections, and property maintenance. After graduation, he was hired by Florida Fish and Wildlife and then worked in the distribution business for the next 13 years.
